As part of the Rodeo Festival
Things at the End of the World is a game between people and things. Things that surprise and irritate us. Things that enchant and amaze us. Alfredo Zinola and Salome D'Attilia take us by the hand and whisk us away into a world in which the familiar seems strange: heavy boulders are very light, bouncing rubber balls grow shaggy fur, glittering slime trembles like mercury. Without any language at all, only images and movement are used to tell the story of man's relationship with nature. With visionary tenderness and subtle humour, the dance performance encourages a deeper appreciation of the natural world and inspires children and adults alike to approach the unknown with respect, care and a large dose of curiosity.
