Communicating with strategy. Who is my target audience? What needs to go on my website? How can I measure success in digital and which channels are relevant for me? This workshop is about putting the inventory through its paces. What can? What must? What can I leave out? Many questions will be asked, concrete answers will be worked on and at the end you will have the beginning of your own digital strategy and clear handouts for your own digital ecosystem.
Matthias Leitner (he/him - www.matthias-leitner.de) is a digital storyteller, UX designer and scrum master. For Bayerischer Rundfunk, he has been leading the Storytelling Lab audience:first since 2015 and develops program innovations such as the Messenger project #icheisner or the social VR documentary "Munich 72" in the Digital Developments & Social Media department. In 2017, Matthias Leitner was appointed Fellow of the Federal Cultural and Creative Industries. He has received numerous awards for his journalistic and artistic work, most recently the Media Award Parliament of the German Bundestag 2020, the International Lovie Award 2022 and in the category "Best Immersive Experience for Social Impact" at the Raindance Immersive Festival 2022 in London.
