In 2006, she moved to Salzburg to study contemporary dance at SEAD (Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance), graduating after four years with a master's degree in choreography (International Choreographic Exchange Program). Since then she has been working as a freelance dancer, choreographer and sound painter. In February 2010, Ceren started her work at Toihaus Theater as a dancer and choreographer, where she is part of numerous adult and children productions. Ceren has worked internationally and has had performances and workshops for both children and adults in a variety of countries throughout her career.

She has danced for several choreographers such as Davis Freeman, Ori Flomin, Tomaz Simatovic, Mihran Tomasyan, Mustafa Avkiran, Myrto Dimitriadou, Abhilash Ningapp, Hüseyin Evirgen among others and international ensembles and has worked with numerous interdisciplinary artists in America as well as in Europe on her own projects (Shaken & Stirred, Just Vonce, Youmemeyouhesheme.., One Day I Woke Up- And I Was Dead! Three years ago she began (with support from BMUKK Start Scholarships 2011) a career as a sound painter and sound painting instructor. Soundpainting allows her to discover multidisciplinary, free improvisations to compose with live on stage. For the past year she has been leading the Salzburg Soundpainting Collective and performing with other Soundpainting Collectives and Soundpainters (Walter Thompson, Evan Mazunik, Le SPANG!, Matters, Hungarian Soundpainting Orchestra, Barcelona Soundpainting Orchestra). She teaches at numerous conservatories and ın workshops in Austria as well as throughout Europe.

Besides dance, she works with singers and music groups (Sezen Aksu, Denizalti, Barcelona Kletzmer Orchestra, Lamine Cisskho) as a vocalist or back vocalist. She loves to exercise her singing and vocal improvisation skills at every opportunity and tries to combine dance and live voices in her creations.
